Subject: One Question: Are You Still My ADA Coordinator at the State Bar of Georgia?
Attachments: 2 PDFs: the September 14 letter and the September 5 letter to Sandra Dixon.
Mr. Shiptenko:
On May 7, 2026, you wrote to me: “Since Ms. Nash is handling your reconsideration, I am serving as your ADA Coordinator.” That was a role for one matter. The reconsideration was decided on June 30. On September 14, 2026, I sent you the email below, with its attachments. The State Bar’s mail server confirmed delivery at 8:08 PM ET that evening. I have not heard back.
I cannot find an ADA Coordinator named anywhere on the State Bar’s website. Without one, I have no one to direct my requests to, and I am stuck. The rest of my September 14 letter can wait for September 24. So please answer:
ARE YOU STILL MY ADA COORDINATOR AT THE STATE BAR OF GEORGIA?
If you are not, please tell me who is, or forward this email to that person.
Respectfully,
██████ ███████
