⚑ Bar GRANTS accommodation; review postponed

The State Bar has approved your accommodation request. Ms. Adrienne Nash, who is handling your reconsideration in the Attorney ███████ matter, will postpone issuing her final determination. You explained that you are scheduled for hand surgery on May 15, 2026, and anticipate a fourteen-day recovery period. In light of this, Ms. Nash will defer her final determination until June 15, 2026.
Additionally, as requested, no deadlines related to the reconsideration—if any apply—will run against you between now and June 15, 2026.
If your doctor extends your recovery period and you would like Ms. Nash to further postpone her determination, please let me know.
I hope your surgery is successful and you have a comfortable and complete recovery.
