Things the City of Brookhaven Did to Me:
- Asked who my lawyer was, three times, instead of answering a simple complaint (Jeremy T. Berry, January 23 to February 9, 2026).
- Declined “any meetings in the near-term” (Christian Sigman, January 23, 2026).
- Required prepayment across 29 of my requests (Jeremy T. Berry, February 11, 2026). I paid $356.54 on February 12. What came back.
- Priced one request at $49,385 (March 2, 2026) and ran its demands to $58,603.85. The $49,385 record.
- Closed 36 of my requests on March 6 and March 9, 2026, 20 of them in 5 minutes and 38 seconds. The 20 closures.
- Kept a departed employee on its Title II page as the ADA Coordinator through at least March 10, 2026. The ADA page record.
- Sent my ADA grievances to someone else within the hour, twice (Christian Sigman, February 26 and March 2, 2026). 48 minutes.
- Denied an accommodation on records fees: “a disabled person must do the same” (Linda G. Warren, March 23, 2026).
- Called my ethics complaints “perceptions of job performance, not ethical behavior” (Christian Sigman, March 23, 2026). The decision.
