Mr. ███████,
This will confirm receipt of three submitted grievances on May 15, 2026.
The following was received and will be considered by OGC for your ████████ grievance:
* Narrative of grievance submitted on the portal grievance form
* A 9-page narrative further detailing the grievance
* Exhibit 1 (May 1, 2026, 2-page letter from ████████ to ███████)
* Document 1 (May 6, 2026, 14-page letter from ███████ to ████████)
* Exhibit C (1-page Standing Audit Verdict)
The following was received and will be considered by a member of the State Disciplinary Board for your Morrison grievance:
* Narrative of grievance submitted on the portal grievance form
* A 6-page narrative further detailing the grievance
* A 4-page document consisting of a photo of the April 10, 2026, dismissal letter
* An 11-page letter dated April 21, 2026, from ███████ to Morrison and Burgess
* A 6-page letter dated April 21, 2026, to Andreea Morrison
The following was received and will be considered by a member of the State Disciplinary Board for your Nesmith grievance:
* Narrative of grievance submitted on the portal grievance form
* A 7-page narrative further detailing the grievance
* A 24-page document titled "Exhibit Binder"
If that accurately reflects the entirety of your submission for these grievances, you need to do nothing further, and the three grievances will be reviewed as indicated above. If you feel that something was not included for any of these three grievances, please send an email to ██████████████ with a request to supplement utilizing the convention discussed below for "Request to supplement [*]" for whichever grievance you believe documents were not conveyed.
In response to your question concerning █████████████ and whether you may use that email address to correspond with the Office of the General Counsel, that is not an email address associated with any individual within the Office of the General Counsel nor is it an email address that has been publicly disseminated by anyone at the State Bar of Georgia for use in submitting documents or communicating with anyone at the State Bar of Georgia, including members of the Office of the General Counsel. It appears that you may have been erroneously informed as to the ability to use that address via an internet search engine, possibly even an AI-generated summary answer for a search query. For your communication, and yours alone based on your requested accommodations, please direct any correspondence containing either a withdrawal of, or a request to supplement, any pending grievance to ██████████████ and utilize "Withdrawal of [*]" or "Request to supplement [*]" where the [*] is replaced by one of the three designations noted below for the individual matter:
* For the ████████ grievance, use ███████-████████ 1
* For the Morrison grievance, use ███████-Morrison 1
* For the Nesmith grievance, use ███████-Nesmith 1
No request for information as to status, procedures, or other matters beyond a withdrawal or request to supplement will be processed on any correspondence sent to that email address or any other State Bar personnel except as noted herein.
Additionally, the following two previously requested and granted accommodations will apply to these three grievances: 1) written-only accommodation, no telephone-only communication; and 2) any written documents that you are entitled to receive will be sent to you in either plain text or an accessible format and will exclude, for example, image-only PDFs unless that is the format in which OGC received the submission from an outside source.
You will be notified upon completion of the review of these grievances. Should the reviewer need additional information from you prior to completing the review, the reviewer will request it from you in writing. Should you fail to receive a response from any Bar-related individual with whom you attempt to communicate directly regarding these grievances or any related inquiries other than a request for an ADA accommodation, understand that there is no obligation under either the ADA or the rules governing the State Bar of Georgia and its disciplinary processes that requires any response to your non-accommodation related inquiries. You should not read any non-response as confirming or denying any fact or belief but instead as merely an indication that no response is required. Should you have any requests for ADA accommodations, as you have previously been informed, those requests should be directed exclusively to John Shiptenko for these three grievances as well as any other grievance currently pending before the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Shiptenko will determine whether those requests for accommodations should be granted pursuant to the ADA and communicate with both you and the appropriate reviewer as to any granted accommodations.
