Who Meghan Fail Is:
Meghan Fail is the ADA Coordinator of the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, Georgia POST. She identified herself in that role in writing on July 15, 2026.
Official page: Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council (Georgia POST) page listing Meghan Fail.
She is on this page because of what she wrote inside the agency on August 6, 2026, and what appeared on POST’s website the next day.
What did Meghan Fail’s own published record say her ADA role was?
Meghan Fail is named by Georgia POST as its ADA Coordinator, and Georgia POST’s own pages assign that role responsibility for accessibility complaints, effective communication, and its ADA grievance procedure.
| What their own published record says | What they did in my record |
|---|---|
| Georgia POST, ADA Title II page, published August 7, 2026: “Complaints that a program, service, or activity of GA POST is not accessible to persons with disabilities should be directed to the GA POST ADA Coordinator, Meghan Fail” | July 15, 2026: Meghan Fail, ADA Coordinator, Georgia POST, wrote: “I have never received training or gained any real knowledge of ADA.” |
| Georgia POST, ADA Grievance Procedure, published August 7, 2026: “GA POST will schedule a meeting (in person or via telephone) within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the completed complaint form.” | August 6, 2026: Meghan Fail forwarded the State ADA Coordinator’s Office request for POST’s Title II contact and grievance procedure to Executive Director Chris Harvey and wrote: “See below. I am not sure how to respond to this.” |
I have a hard time reading those two records side by side. Georgia POST’s public page names Meghan Fail as the person disability access complaints should reach. On July 15 she wrote that she had never received ADA training, and on August 6 she wrote that she was not sure how to respond to the State’s request for POST’s Title II contact and procedure. Those are POST’s words and her words.
Why Meghan Fail Is On ADAMATTERS.COM:

- August 6, 2026: forwarding an ADA request inside the agency, she wrote that she was not sure how to respond.
- August 7, 2026: POST’s Title II notice and its grievance procedure went online.
