Why Linda G. Warren is On ADAMATTERS.COM:

The City wrote that “a disabled person must do the same.” On March 23, 2026, a letter attached to Linda G. Warren’s email denied an accommodation on records fees, an accommodation the same letter had first described for me in the words of Linda G. Warren. Three weeks earlier, on March 2, 2026, my ADA grievance got one word back.

  • My request, rewritten for me. In the letter attached to the email Linda G. Warren sent me on March 23, 2026, 8:37 AM, Linda G. Warren wrote: “Although I am less certain about this issue, I perceive that another accommodation request you have is to be relieved of the obligation to pay for certain Georgia Open Records Act (ORA) requests you have sent to the City.”
  • Then the denial. The same March 23, 2026 letter went on: “The City denies this request for the following reasons:” It said “because others making an ORA request must pay a statutory portion of the expense, a disabled person must do the same.”
Although I am less certain about this issue, I perceive that another accommodation request you have is to be relieved of the obligation to pay for certain Georgia Open Records Act (ORA) requests you have sent to the City.

How to read this page. Counts come from my mailbox and the original emails, as of October 17, 2026. A read receipt shows that a mailbox opened an email; it does not show who read it or how much. A message sent from the City’s records portal shows the account it came from, not who typed it. Labels in bold are my characterization of the dated facts printed beside them. This page makes no claim about anyone’s motive and no legal finding.
