When Christopher P. Twyman Did It:

Every email I sent to Christopher P. Twyman’s addresses, every read receipt from his mailbox, and every bounce, in order, each linked where a page exists. Times are Eastern. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
