Wall, Litigation Counsel for Gallagher Bassett, wrote that “Gallagher Bassett has no involvement.” On May 6 at 5:31 PM Eastern, his mailbox returned a read receipt on my retraction demand, about twenty minutes after it was sent. As of September 28, 2026, no reply from him.
- On May 1, 2026 he wrote that Gallagher Bassett is a third party administrator for GIRMA, spelled the agency “GIMRA” three times, and concluded: “Since the applicable policy does not cover this matter, Gallagher Bassett has no involvement.” The second page of the letter is headed December 11, 2025.
- The letter answers two ADA compliance demands without using the word accommodation.
- He received the May 7 response opening a five business day window and the May 13 scorecard. He did not reply. He was named in the consumer complaint to the Office of Commissioner of Insurance filed May 12.
